A special hotel in the southwestern coast of the island of Kyushu, Japan gives travelers a whole new experience when staff are replaced by robots.
Henna-na in the city of Nagasaki was the first hotel in the world to use intelligent robot system replacing the employee. The hotel has 72 rooms and 10 robots with human-like in appearance, able to welcome guests, carrying luggage, hygienic cleaning.
