The couple built a floating, self-sufficient life for 20 years

Half-hour boat ride from shore Tofino, British Columbia (Canada) will reach the house special called "Freedom Cove" couple Wayne Adams and Catherine King. "Freedom Cove" is a popular home and garden system amazingly built very close arts small island called Vancouver. The life of the couple Wayne and Catherine completely self-sufficient. Freshwater resources are used for drinking water and rain water from a waterfall flowing in the nearby bay. Electricity is provided via solar panels and generator photovoltaic energy. They have a lot of greenhouse production of fruits and vegetables year-round. This system has been maintained for 20 years, raising their marriage and two children, Eleanor and Alistair.

Currently, the system of special high of Wayne and his wife Catherine is one of the interesting destinations for tourists. The couple always warmly welcome visitors to come here and ready to share with guests what they have learned during the two decades long journey of self-sufficiency.

Many people believe that life "hidden" almost separate from the society will be very bored. But Wayne, Catherine, and their two children that their lifestyle is very friendly to nature and surroundings. This is something absolutely impossible to find in modern urban space.
